Hire Process
Contact Bundy Hire on 0423 342 556 to process an order for nominated day. Alternately you can email us at bundyhire@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as possible.Pick up from 10 Princess Street, Bundaberg East or delivery/collection is available upon request, at an extra charge.Daily hire is between the hours of 7.00am and 5.00pm. We will accommodate where possible if these times do not suit.Payment for hire and bond is required on pick up/delivery. ($200 bond on all hire equipment, reimbursed upon safe return)Rental Agreement is to be read and signed upon hire.All Bundy Hire machines will be clean and full of fuel when hiring, we request it be returned in the same manner.
We provide a $30 cleaning fee and refuelling fee from $40 if suitable. Bundy Hire machinery comes on a trailer, most 4x4s and larger vehicles can tow them. Unsure if your vehicle is suitable, we’re a call away and happy to research it for you. If your vehicle does not meet the requirements for towing capacity, we can deliver and pick up to your location for a small charge.Bundy Hire mini excavators are supplied with one mud bucket, one ripper and two trenching buckets.Affordable attachments can be hired to assist the completion of the job easily and efficiently. These include sleeper grab, rock breaker, hydraulic rock grab and auger drive for 200mm, 300mm, 350mm, 400mm or 450mm auger drill bits.
Charges are based on a daily basis – time out, not time used.One day is between the hours of 7.00am, and 5.00pm.Five day hire is from 7.00am Monday to 5.00pm FridayOne week is seven days, including weekends and holidays, unless previously agreed.One weekend is from 7.00am Saturday to 5.00pm Sunday.After initial order, an invoice will be provided for confirmation of agreed or additional charges.
